Fun Valentine’s Day Gift Ideas for Everyone You Can Get BEFORE Valentine’s Day

Valentines day gift ideas

Valentine’s Day is the perfect time to show your loved ones you care, and for the record, it’s on Friday, so if you need some inspiration and a gift that you can get in the next 2 days, we’ve got you!  These gifts work for everyone!  So grab one (or two!) and you’ve got Valentine’s Day in the bag!

  1. Adorable “I Love You” Mug – Perfect for the coffee, tea, or hot chocolate lover.  Plus, it doesn’t scream Valentine’s Day, which I kinda like.  Pair it with their favorite beverage, or better yet, give it to them with their favorite beverage already inside (hint hint, make me a cup of coffee:).
  2. Dark Chocolate Tasting Collection – Who doesn’t like trying new foods, especially chocolate.  This one has 24 mini bars, so you can pick whatever flavor peaks your interest.  Try and find one with high-quality dark chocolate that is 70% or more cocoa for a delicious and antioxidant-rich gift.
  3. Tea Lover’s Worldly Gift Set – A selection of teas from around the world makes this the perfect gift for your traveling tea lover.  Tea provides some health benefits, and it definitely makes for a soothing and thoughtful gift.
  4. Fruit Bouquet – A colorful arrangement of strawberries (red) and pineapples (cut into hearts!) would be perfect for the kids, or the whole family!  You could certainly DIY this one yourself.
  5. Heart Shaped Waffle Maker I mean, this thing is so cute!  This will certainly make breakfast (or any meal for that matter- breakfast for dinner is clutch!) more festive for Valentine’s Day (PS, you can also get this one at Target if you’d rather go in store).  If you want more heart shaped food- try this heart shaped muffin pan!  Perfect for….well… muffins, obviously, but also egg bits, or cookies, sky’s the limit!
  6. A Water Bottle– I recently got this one for my husband and he likes it!  It was voted “The best water for most needs” by a NY Times article (read it here for their 5 other top recommendations).  For Valentine’s Day, I’d go with the red, reef, or pink colors, but you do you!  Or, go all in on the Valentine’s Day vibe and get one covered in hearts, like this one.

Otherwise, shop locally!  Find a candy store and pick out something sweet.  If they like reading, grab a new love story like Chocolat from your local bookstore, then watch the movie after!  Grab a bottle of wine from a local winery.  Think where your loved one likes to go and start shopping!

Last suggestion is try cooking at home for a special night.  We’re planning on making heart shaped pizza (well, attempting!).  You could make a special yummy dessert, like this molten lava cake, this recipe says it’s “easy” but full disclosure, I’ve never tried it. Or try your hand at chocolate covered strawberries.  What about making a new dish you’ve always wanted to try, maybe one of the thousands of Instagram reels showing a delicious meal my husband and I send back and forth to each other all day but never make.

Whatever you do this Valentine’s Day to show your loved ones how much you care, have fun and enjoy!
